Lake Sinclair home with nostalgic arcade & karaoke!

Beautiful home to make wonderful memories. Loved every minute of our stay. Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay very much. House is wright on the lake. Had a great time fishing and rented a boat and able to park it at the dock. Nature is beautiful around the house. Our kids loved the Kayaks and the Arcade room, they loved it. Boys said can we live here instead of our house lol. Beautiful house all around and Robbie was helpful and responsive. Planning a trip next year again.

Awesome time! It was a well needed vacation.

Three adults and four kids, ages 3,5,7,9. Wanted a quick getaway for kids. Kids stated favorites as 1) Boat, swimming and fishing 2) Arcade, 3) Smores(firepit). The property met all of our needs. Would recommend. Caveat: Arcade is pretty hot in July. There is a stand alone air conditioner but must be running for many hours before coolish. Lodge room is a 3-season room that is also hot in July. Once the air is distributed to the area it is fine.

What a beautiful lake house! My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. All of the comforts of home and unbelievably peaceful. Comfortable beds and linens, extra clean kitchen and bathrooms. Robbie was responsive and kind, a great host! We sat out at the dock for some sunsets and on the porch every morning for coffee. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the arcade room. We brought our jet skis up from Tampa and there was ample room to park them safely in the circular driveway. Great location and easy access to N. Columbia St. which has everything you could possibly need for dining and gas and shopping, also trips to Milledgeville. We would love to stay again in the winter! Definitely recommended.

This place is so beautiful, very cozy and the perfect space for family lake fun! Robbie was a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived and didn’t leave other than to go to the store. Relaxed, fished, went boating and tubing every day, then grilled dinner every night. It was a wonderful week and we are very grateful! Thank you Robbie for a wonderful stay!

Cat fishing in the cove was great! Caught a bunch of cat fish my biggest being 11 pounds caught a lot of panfish as well. Didn’t really get a lot of bites during the day for the cats but it was great for night fishing if that’s something you would enjoy and I really enjoyed night fishing out there. The house was in tip top condition really clean. I will definitely be coming back with the family to this place we loved it thank you Robbie u where a great host !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless, and it smelled so clean when we walked in. The view of the lake was so beautiful. It was very relaxing to sit outside by the fire pit or in the screened back room and watch the geese swim by. The arcade was a hit - especially the karaoke machine. The location of the home is a great location for day trips to Milledgeville and Madison. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the front yard, and we even met some very nice neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse. When we got there the house was clean and well maintained. Furniture and beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the fireplace on cold mornings. The arcade is a great addition for the kids. Good communication with the owner. Thanks

The house was spacious with a wonderful view. The yard and dock were incredibly peaceful.

The house was really nice and we really enjoyed it but it missed the mark on some things. There was an arcade with a karaoke machine. The description did not mention that the arcade was in the garage so in the morning and at night it was FREEZING in there. Entirely too cold to use it until the warmer parts of the day. The karaoke machine did not work and microphone and remote were missing, the thermostat battery was low so it kept shutting the thermostat off which made it hard to adjust. There was a tree cutting company next door cutting down trees so letting the kids play outside was not really an option, and the corn hole bags were torn and not useable. Robbie was so nice and helpful and offered to come get the karaoke machine working but was unable to make it. Again, we loved the house and it was clean and beautiful but these things just altered our trip which really impacted us as a whole.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, fully stocked kitchen. I loved the fireplace and the view of the lake in the back of the home.

A PEACEFUL oasis with all the comforts of home. Robbie's place was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. All the beds were so comfortable and the linens were so soft. My granddaughter loved the arcade; this is where she headed first thing every morning. We had a lot of fun in this room. We rented the pontoon boat to enjoy the lake and do some fishing. We were disappointed that we didn't catch any fish as we tried all the recommended bait. However, there is definitely fish in the lake. I highly recommend Robbie's house for your great escape to share fun and laughter with family and friends. You won't be disappointed with this great find.

We took a family trip. My 13 year old son and his friend love to fish so this was perfect. We also took them golfing which is also a favorite. The game room was fun for the whole family and the boys really liked the air hockey table. You know it’s a good trip when they don’t want to leave and spend the trip home talking about “next time”.

A lovely place with a great view for our fall break getaway! We especially enjoyed the lake, the four seasons room (a nice space for us to get some writing and office work done), the game room, and the open floor plan. Very easy check-in & check-out. Thanks for making your home available to our family!

This place is beautiful very understated, loved the peace and views. The arcade was so perfect for the kids the really enjoyed it. wish we had longer to stay. The host was polite, proactive and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Loved our time at Lake Sinclair! The house was exactly as described and presented in photos. Very nicely setup so that you have everything you need. The arcade room and the wonderful porch were great additions. Very clean and care was given to think of all the little extras you might need to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Robbie’s home was perfect for us. The arcade is out of this world and my husband and his friends (groomsmen for a wedding) ended up playing like little school children late into the night. It was a blast! Waking up to a beautiful view of the doc and the lake isn’t bad either! I highly recommend Robbie’s place for your next stay.

If you have young kids or just semi nostalgic, this is a great place to stay. The game room sealed the deal on the open floor plan that allowed our family to effortlessly enjoy each others company. Would book again next trip to the lake.

Robbie’s place was a perfect for our stay. My husband and decided to get away for a few days to relax. The dock was perfect if you want to do a little fishing. Everything was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others who are staying in the Lake Sinclair area.

We had such a good time on this vacation. The house had everything we needed and then some. There were 6 of us and the accommodations were great! Would love to come when it's cooler so we could enjoy the back room, it was just too hot. Robbie was always extremely responsive. Would love to visit again!

My husband and 2 teenage kids stayed for a week here and had a wonderful time. The house was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. We kayaked every morning, rented Robbie's pontoon boat and explored all over the lake, and grilled dinner every night. Robbie was super attentive to any and all questions we had during our stay. The house was clean, bedding clean, plenty of spare towels and beach towels and the arcade was a blast. We could not have asked for a more relaxing time and gracious host. We will be back next year.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family gathering, on Mothers Day weekend. Every picture is true to its form. Perfect amount of room for everyone. The arcade was a huge attraction, even for the adults. So pleased with everything the house provided. The back porch was so relaxing, just looking out at the lake. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Just can’t say enough. Our host Robert WOW, I’ve never stayed anywhere that accommodated our every need. He was available to speak or text with me anytime I had a question. I’ve stayed in a lot of places, never had a host so accommodating. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great time and getaway. Our family will be returning for sure.

Robbie’s place was unbelievable. We rent AirBNBs every week as we work out of state. This place was by far the best house we have rented and we have been in some nice houses. The blacked out/neon arcade room was a kick, but the water front property was the star of the show. Would give him way more than 5 stars if that was possible. Robbie was also a very available host and even though we didn’t have any issues, I knew he was available if any arose. Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks Robbie.
